First Course Selections: Local halibut tartare with salad of raw purple asparagus and radishes; tripe two ways: frittelle and Roman style; Monterey Bay anchovies baked with mint and bread crumbs;
Second Course Selections: Pappardelle with shortribs;
Third Course Selections: Devil's Gulch rabbit loin stuffed with farro, omelette and San Daniele prosciutto;
Dessert Selections: Fantasia alla panna with creme brulee, panna cotta, madarin bavarese and orange tartlet
