This restaurant is nothing less than fantastic!
The dining room felt like a small restaurant in Burgundy - wonderful and charming. Even the kitchen looks French. There were about 10 cooks for a place that only seats about 100 people.
Now the food.
- Hamachi (yellowtail), sashimi style, with local olive oil and chives. A stunning starter!
- Roast Suckling Pig and Butcher's Potatoes, Spring Onions with Citrus Mostarda. Everyhing was nothing less than exceptional!
